how does Florapace work?

Florapace reads your daily step count from Apple Health (iOS) or Google Fit (Android) and uses it to grow a virtual plant. as you walk toward your step goal, your plant evolves from a Seed → Sprout → Sapling → Flowering → Full Bloom. hit 100% and your plant is complete — it gets added to your Forest and a new plant starts the next day.

how do I change my step goal?

go to the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar and adjust your daily step goal. changes take effect immediately and will update your current plant's progress ring.

how do streaks work?

you earn a streak day every time you reach 100% of your step goal in a single day. if you miss a day, your streak resets to 0. your best streak is saved in your stats so you can always try to beat it.

why did my streak reset?

streaks reset if you don't reach your step goal before midnight local time. if you believe your streak was lost due to a technical error, contact us at mallik.puranjan@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

what is the Forest?

the Forest is your collection of fully bloomed plants. every time you hit 100% of your step goal, your plant is added to your Forest permanently. it's a visual record of every successful day — keep walking and watch your forest grow!

what's included in Florapace Pro?

Florapace Pro unlocks unlimited plant collection, premium plant skins, advanced step analytics, weekly recaps, forest sharing, cloud sync across devices, ad-free experience, and early access to new plants and features.

how do I cancel my subscription?

iOS:

  1. open the Settings app
  2. tap your name → Subscriptions
  3. find Florapace and tap it
  4. tap "Cancel Subscription"

android:

  1. open the Google Play Store
  2. tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. find Florapace and tap it
  4. tap "Cancel Subscription"

you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. you'll keep pro access until the end of your current billing period.

how do I restore my purchases?

go to the Settings tab in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." make sure you're signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account used for the original purchase.

can I get a refund?

refund requests must be made through your device's app store:

Florapace does not control app store refund decisions. we are unable to issue refunds directly.

🐛 troubleshooting

the app crashed or isn't loading — what do I do?

my plant didn't carry over from yesterday — is my data lost?

each day a new plant begins at midnight. your completed plants from previous days are saved in your Forest. if you believe data was lost incorrectly, please reach out to our support team.

how do I transfer my garden to a new device?

if you're a Florapace Pro subscriber, your garden, streaks, and stats are backed up to the cloud. simply install Florapace on your new device and tap "Restore Purchases" to sync your data.

free users' data is stored locally on device only and cannot be transferred automatically.
